Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation Act you have 14 days in which you can cancel a course whereby your funds will be refunded in full.
In the event that a course has already started or you booked very last minute, you still have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of the service that has been provided to you up to the point you cancel.
You may be charged an admin or materials cost of £75.00.
We do not offer any refunds beyond the 14-day cancellation period and should you choose to cancel after this you will be allowed to transfer to any future course that might suit you better.
In the event of a refund, please allow for anything between 3-6 weeks for funds to be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@angermanage.co.uk and send your item to:Â

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
