In any time of uncertainty, we are likely to feel a range of these feelings, but in times of extreme uncertainty we can expect to feel these feelings a lot more strongly.

I have been meaning to write to you for some time now as I wanted to personally say a big thank-you – I owe you a huge gratitude. I found the course to be probably the most emotionally challenging thing I have ever done, but the rewards since have been well worth it.
