Anger Management Programmes:
Online Taster Evening – 2-hour introduction to Anger Management
Anger is something we do not manage as well as we need to. Often it controls us, and we use it to control others. Anger may cause you to react inappropriately towards loved ones, friends, or those you work with, instead of stopping to look at triggered you in the first place. Not knowing how to manage or recognise anger causes it to grow and intensify, affecting anyone that gets in the way.
Beating Anger Online – Weekly evening course
The course is delivered in the same way as our generic Beating Anger Programme, everyone can see and speak to each other via webcam on a computer, tablet or mobile phone. There is also now an option of break out rooms which will allow for experiential work to be delivered between smaller groups of 2-3 people.
Beating Anger 2 – Weekend Intensive

We will supply details of local hotels and B & B’s for East Grinstead only. Trains run regularly from Victoria station and London Bridge to East Grinstead and take approx. 50mins. Read More
