The course consists of ten weekly three-hour anger management classes held on Zoom during weekday evenings – you can take part at home, wherever you are.

Control your anger and address its causes
You’ll learn techniques to regulate your anger, and channel the energy in a positive direction.
You’ll also look at the psychology behind your anger issues and start to address their causes, as well as their symptoms.

Being part of a group facing the same challenges will help you feel that you’re not alone.
You’ll learn a lot from their own experiences, and enjoy their support during the process.
