Welcome to Anger Awareness Week 2023, taking place from 1st to 7th December. In a world where chaos seems to reign, it’s undeniable that there’s a lot to be angry about. The constant barrage of information, often mingled with disinformation, regarding the myriad issues plaguing our planet – all seemingly urgent – can overwhelm and frustrate anyone. In such times, finding clarity amidst the turmoil can be a challenge.

At The British Association of Anger Management, we understand the need to address the anger that stems from the chaos of the world. That’s why we invite you to participate in Anger Awareness Week, which serves as a reminder that it’s okay to acknowledge and manage your anger. Even if you believe you’ve mastered the art of maintaining a “zen mode,” we encourage you to take our anger test. It provides a valuable opportunity to assess your anger levels and gain insights into your emotional well-being.

As part of our commitment to helping you navigate your anger, we offer a range of resources and tools. We recommend exploring two valuable books, “Beating Anger” by Mike Fisher and “Mindfulness and the Art of Managing Anger,” both of which can be instrumental in your journey towards anger management.

In addition to these resources, you can access our free PDF guides: “The A to Z of Anger” and “The A to Z of Stress.” These comprehensive guides are designed to provide insights, techniques, and strategies for effectively understanding and dealing with anger and stress.

And here’s the bonus! If you complete our Anger Test during Anger Awareness Week, you’ll be eligible for a 10% discount on our online Introduction to Anger Management. This two-hour introduction is a great opportunity to delve into the basics of anger management techniques and you get to ask all of those burning questions you’ve had in mind.

Join us in Anger Awareness Week 2023 as we work together to channel your anger for positive change and equip you with the tools to manage the turmoil of the world around us. Together, we can find clarity and make a difference.
