Anger Awareness Week 2020

We're drawing public attention to anger issues from 1-7 Dec 2020.

BAAM’s 20th annual Anger Awareness Week takes place between 1-7 December 2020.

This year we’re putting the spotlight on passive aggressive anger sufferers, helping them identify their anger issues and highlighting the treatment they need. Take our free anger communication style test right now to see if your behaviour qualifies as passive aggressive.

We’ve also created a Covid-19 Anger and Anxiety Test to help you stay aware of how current events could be effecting you.

On December 8th Mike Fisher will be holding a special edition of The Wisdom Track Podcast focussing entirely on practical tips to help you stick with your anger management programme during the busy Christmas period.

You can also download our Keep Your Cool Over Christmas Kit and our A to Z of Surviving Christmas featuring seasonal anger management advice for all the family!

We’ve also opened up our Beating Anger Group Course to latecomers – right now you can still join the course from the second session on Monday 23 November at 7-9pm. This year marks the first time in our 25-year history that we’ve run group courses in November and December.

Stay locked to our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts plus our blog right here on the website for updates and useful resources!
