Objectives
for the day:
• Re-connect with old friends.
• Share and review what has worked and what has not.
• Deepen your understanding of your original programmes material.
• Advanced anger management skills.
• Advanced Detour Method.
• Learn rules 7 and 8 of anger management.
• Embracing the child within - inner child work.
• Golden shadows.
Past
participants describe the Refresher day as an integration and deepening
of the material learnt from past programmes. They have also said that
learning about ‘golden shadows’ has increased their understanding
of ‘dark shadows".
